Zach and his team were very flexible and accommodating when making arrangements to work with us. After meeting our group virtually, he travelled to meet us in our own facility and provided our applicants excellent feedback throughout the process. We look forward to continue to collaborate with CSEP for years to come!

Worst customer service for paying members. They are not listening to the feedback and pushing there own agenda. Go through CSCS and save yourself the frustration.

I have been a member for more than 20 years. I always wondered why their conference are always held in Fredericton or BC? Why not in Toronto, Ottawa or Montral for a change? I will not renew my membership, I will go with Can-Fit-Pro

I expected a lot better customer service from such a reputable company. I have been begging for a copy of my insurance policy, which I have paid for, for months on end. No one answers the phone, no one responds to your emails, and the one person who answered the phone once (probably by accident) didnt know how to help..she didnt even know her own company policies. How is it that such an important issue is just being ignored? Im not sure who to reach out to anymore. I wish there was someone else to contact besides their membership department.
