        No noise insulation. Noise amplification, if anything. Secondhand smoke problem persists on my former floor 8. Nobody cares. I couldnt get a single night of peace. Had to leave and am now homeless again trying to find a shelter. update: I visited my friend, who unfortunately got unlucky enough to be housed there after the shelter. There was the smell of garbage throughout the building and i accidentally knocked on what apparently is a known drug dealing apartment.

        Not impressed, police always there and dirty needles on the balconies from apartments up above throwing them out the windows. What a waste of funding for Ottawa Housing and Social Services, it's a real shame people who deserve a safe place to live are on a 15 year wait list. Laughable
