        Came into the bank today to deposit business draft cheque. And they tell me it must be held. Very sad that Ive been banking here for 5 years and they put a untrained person on the cash. And refuse to understand the cheque cant be held. Im gonna be taking my millions dollars a year account somewhere else. Very poor service. Especially when everyone at the branch knows who I am. What a shame

        The people working here are cordial and all, bit so slow. There was literally a line with 15 people and only 2 guess working, and other 3 walking around doing other stuff instead of taking in the clients. It took them a full hour to finish with one client.
