Campbell Ford Service

My check engine light came on while driving my dad to a hospital appointment in Ottawa (we live 200km away). Since I drive a Ford, I stopped in at a Ford service centre and explained my situation. I asked if anyone could help me by checking the cause to see if its at least safe to drive home. The answer was we just cant do it. The service rep didnt ask if I could wait, he didnt even speak to anyone else. Just launched in to a long sob story about how everyone is short staffed and some poor girl keeps getting yelled at (?), and sent me away. Two stars because at least he was polite about it.

Went in to book a service for my car and they told me to go to another dealer. They didn't have time. Even when I said it was not a rush and it could wait a month or more. I was told to go elsewhere. I will never buy or service a vehicle here again. I went to another dealer in Ottawa and they booked me in and also offered a daily rental for the day of service.

I was not able to get through to a live body without leaving a voicemail. We ended playing tag and never spoke with a service advisor. I ended up calling Lincoln Height and waited for a service advisor.
