First time I booked an appointment and dropped off my car the night before. I came the next day and they didn't even touch my car, even though I left a big piece of paper with my name and number on it on the dash.Turns out that they forgot to save my appointment on the system! Anyways I went there again for my car's overheating issue, they charged me $350 and all they did is top up my coolant. The mechanic called me saying that my car doesn't overheat anymore and it is good to go. I picked up my car and within an hour it started overheating again! Called them and the mechanic said they need to do mor diagnosis and I have to pay more for it. He wanted to diagnose for head gasket issue but there are no other symptoms for a bad headgasket. When I asked him how much more I need to spend, he didn't give me an answer. I took it to another place and turns out that I had the wrong coolant to begin with! But this "experts" didn't realize it and instead they topped up my wrong coolant! All they care about is charging their customers and they don't take any responsibiliy...
