Uses non industry standard\cheap knock off parts that aren't crash tested or approved by insurance companies. Anybody willing to endanger other humans just to make an extra buck deserves all the bad press that comes their way. Do NOT take your car here!

I recently had collision work done at Turpin Capital collision and was very impressed with everyone at the shop. From Pete at the appraisal center to the person who I dealt with when I had to pay the final bill. The work done was amazing and the vehicle was returned as good as new. A little added bonus was when I went to pick up my vehicle being repaired, the vehicle I was driving the oil light came on. Pete asked for my keys and he brought it in for an oil change, yes I had to pay for that service but Pete went out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of... Great place that I will recommend going forward.

Great staff that go the extra mile to make sure every customer gets what they expect plus more. Regular communication on progress of car and detailed repair schedule. I would trust them with any luxury car.
