        Had the usual tire on rim change-over appointment but arrived earlier for George to check the brakes (still under warranty) as they were making a noisy clasping sound when applied. He verified the problem, ordered & replaced the pads and it is much better. It took time to wait however I'm thankful for his attention to detail work so I don't need to stress about my VW.
