After a long pandemic and are SUV sitting at home for longer than any of us would have liked we discovered we needed all new rotors and pads. We took our SUV to Imperial Auto and they did an incredible job. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Imperial for fair and reliable work. I also love the texting program they use to keep you updated on the progress!! My first experience with Imperial Auto was in September when I found a gorgeous 2005 PT Cruiser with very low kilometres on Facebook marketplace. Of course I had to have it!!! My dream car. I brought it to Imperial Auto to get a safety and was incredibly impressed with the team. For being 17 years old the car was in incredible shape it just needed one part. They could have ordered a brand new piece for $500 + installation but also provided me an option for a refurbished piece for $30 + installation. When BLUEY comes out of storage I will be taking her to Imperial Auto for her spring oil change and check up!

Henry is the most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. He is always trying his best to make sure that he doesn't do any unnecessary repairs to my car and always charges me very fairly. Even when I was rear-ended once, he told me exactly what I should get fixed and how much I should expect to get charged, then gave me the contact of Aubin Autobody, which is another very honest shop.

I moved to Ottawa in 2005 and started dealing with Imperial Auto for all my vehicle repairs. I have never been disappointed in the service I have received there. I believe when dealing with an auto repair facility the most important factors are trust and honesty. I trust Henry and his staff and that is due to their honesty and fairness. They charge fair prices, provide accurate quotes and will not do work that is not required. I highly recommend Imperial!
