The worst customer experience. They messed up our order instead of a large white cake they gave me chocolate cake, that was neither fresh nor tastes good. When we called them they wouldnt give me another cake or refund me. We literally threw the whole thing away!!!

By far one of the worst customer service Ive experienced in some time! The old man and the young woman who work there have a temper and the WORST customer service. I would describe their customer services as below average as they clearly struggle to follow instruction. Their arrogance alone is baffling. If a customer wants to customize their orders that shouldnt be a problem. If their is a policy or menu change than you are expected to POLITELY and CALMLY address this to the customer. But unfortunately, their response was quite childish, and their actions prepubescent. Not to mention, the young lady out of frustration and pettiness decides to pick all of the deformed pieces of pastrieswell your message was received! We will not longer be returning and I would advise the Somali community of ottawa to steer clear of this nonsense:)
