Availed NRI banking related services a few times in the last couple of months at ICICI Bank Ottawa. This is a customer service centre and not a full bank branch, but so glad to have their presence in Ottawa. Dealt with Karrthik Kumar at ICICI. Very professional and knowledgeable and highly responsive to address any queries.
