Great atmosphere, great service and food is good

Every time I call them during the day they either dont pick up or they do then hang up without saying a word as if a calling customer is bothering them. Heard this from other friends as well. Ive never been able to speak to an employee over the phone. Most times Ive been there at night bouncers were borderline agressive & bartenders only focused on serving preferred or known customers. Will only go there as a last resort or if friends want to go. If you tell a bartender you plan on buying lots of booze (about $10 per drink) & will give a good tip (usually I tip $40 for my drinks at the end if service is decent) on your last order they completely ignore you bunch of unprofessional money-hungry amateurs
