        I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this barbershop. Despite waiting in line for a whole hour, I was completely ignored by the staff and left without receiving a haircut. To make matters worse, there was a client seated beside me who was smoking, and the barbershop staff failed to address the issue or provide any warnings. What was even more frustrating was witnessing them promptly serve three individuals who arrived after me, completely disregarding my presence. Overall, this was an extremely unsatisfactory visit to the barbershop.
