        It's been just a little over a year since I moved to Ottawa. I never found a good barber shop. One of my friends recommended Billy's place. This was my first time here and I totally loved his work. Highly recommend him and he is not expensive at all. I bet his price is the lowest among all the fancy shops around here.

        They cut my hair although I had no money and they didn't accept cards. They just asked me to pay later. It was a great haircut as well. ( I did pay later).
