I told the barber about 3 times not to cut the top of my hair because I want to keep it long to be able to make specific hairstyles to my own liking. I hate having short hair because it doesn't match the size of my face. This isn't the first time that this has happened but rather several times with most of the barbers. I was too nice when informing him about the issue, which I regret being. I only wanted him to cut around the top of my hair a level 1 cut, and trim the edges of my hair; however, he went beyond by cutting the top of my hair without my permission and despite my warnings. I will have to find a new barbershop where they throughly listen and follow what type of haircut/style that I want instead of them deciding on how they prefer to make my haircut/style. Now, I have to endure the ugly look for a month till my hair fully grows back.

There used to be a younger guy who worked here who gave good haircuts and was able to fade the short sides into the top well. The last three times I went it was an older guy who just buzzed it almost all the same length on the back and sides. Additionally when I tell him to take a little off the top he takes off way too much. This happened the last 3 times I went and Im going to try somewhere else next time. If you get a very basic haircut it is fine but if you want something thats any more complicated than that I wouldnt recommend this place.

I've been going here for over a year and I'm heading elsewhere. I've watched them be so attentive to some patrons but when I get in the seat, it's a different story. Language comprehension is an issue for sure. I have had to adjust my sideburns every time recently. It's only hair so I shrugged off the variance of length after each visit. If I was in need of a cut prior to an event, I would not go here. Service: Military haircut
