Huge thank you to Michaela at Vivianna Day Spa and of course brilliant Owner & Founder Viviana Sigurdson for a wonderful & long overdue day of self care. Nowhere else in Ottawa is there a facial where your esthetician will offer to stay in the room with you for the duration of the treatment, giving you a massage while a mask is drying. I won a half day at the spa (for one) at a local art auction so I brought my sister and we had a great time! Staff were excellent, kind, informative. I had no concerns at all about treatment while I was there. The reason I give 4 stars is that Ive had my nails done quite a few times in the past year due to many events this is the only time out of many events that my nails just simply didnt last. I had shellac done and it really didnt last a week before starting to peel. It started looking so crazy while on vacation that I just scraped it off, eep. Im also way harder on my hands while at work than vacation so I wouldnt have expected such a problem at all. It totally might be a fluke, but I was sad I didnt have my cute pink nails for my Costa Rica trip. Oh well Ill live and my toenails were still a nice blue (normal polish). =) Back to my regular lady for mani pedi for me. Services: Massage, Pedicure, Manicure
