        I have been with Chatters trainyards for a least 5 years and I am very disappointed with my last appointment. Was charged 82$ (without tip) for a basic haircut that looks nothing similar to what I asked for. Now I will have to go to somewhere else to have it fixed. To add on to this bad experience, the hairdresser was rude and she was quite impatient as well. I had some great experience here before and even if it was a little on the pricier side, I do not mind because I got great service and great result. But this time it is really over priced and not worth it at all. Not only over charged but also treated with bad attitude. I've been with Chatters Trainyards since I moved to Ottawa but I will be looking for a different salon after this experience.
