I am a permanent customer there and every time with eyelashes and nails Always, Irene is a professional, she wears amazing eyelashes, and usuallyEmma does my nails, but this time,someone do for me bad nails wasn't there and I didn't have beautiful nails that were thick and not elegant, and I didn't like it. I think I have to change the place

Ive given this place too many chances. Between this guy never washing his hands before working in my lashes, constantly answering his phone or taking text breaks, changing my appt times randomly and loading my lashes like its Russian volume rather than using the singles on a true hybrid to make up time he wasted, its way too many strikes. On top of that, constant excuses about how the boss will be mad when asked to actually do what Im paying for. One lash application can last 5 weeks. Then one will last less than 2. No consistency and they wont fix it. Half an eye is already half bald after 1 week. The eye he rushed on and over filled with volume because he could stay off his phone for the first eye. Meh.theres better places. So Im done. Also, clean your bathroom. Gross. Beware. In this post covid world this is just another place that couldnt care less about good service anymore. But they sure do like to ask for reviews every single time you go.
