Would never recommended this place to anyone. You would never know when you show up there they would tell you to pay extra unexpectedly additional fee to have the job done and have to be cash. And after talking to the owner you would have him said the below even though this is both me and my husband opinion. Unless for him in his mind woman are not treated as someone to talk to. We made the booking. Took time to go and have to decide or do it or losing another day of work to make the work done. Got email back with rudeness. Should the package descriptions be more clear so that people dont get confused? I booked my car detailing with Diamond Wash via their website and paid in advance for interial detailing. When I dropped off my car, the person said it was only for the floor, not the seats. And asked me to pay extra money in CASH if i wanted to include that. If I hadnt already paid and scheduled the day off for that appointment. I would never agree to go for something like that. They appear to push you into the corner with no other options while you were already there. Really??
