I can comfortably say my experience with Richard at the college square location ( mobile shop) was the best experience I ever had in a mobile store. Richard was just amazing, he is so happy, so friendly, very transparent with my contact and what I should expect, he took the time to explain every detail of my new plan contract , and even gave me tips and answered all of my questions about the other 3 family plans I have. He give me a great deal and even wave the activation fee and setup my PC account on my phone and gave me 50.000 points . Its really wonderful experience dealing with Richard. Victoria & Richard at the Baseline location are such great service reps! They answered my million and one questions and were really helpful in finding me the best deal for upgrading to a new phone. I really appreciated their help and follow up and would recommend everyone to get their phones and accessories here.

Pleasant staff, but not knowledgeable. Went in to look for an E-sim, and was assured that what they were selling me was in fact an e-sim. My fault for not double checking, but the staff also wasn't aware of the services they were selling.
