AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! extremely poor customer service. inexperienced workers. They own different business with terrible reviews (type Yasser Djilani or Djilani enterprise moving and see for yourself). They are THIEVES!

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional business I dealt with in my entire life. The same owners of this company owns another company called OTTAWA MOVERS AND HELPERS. After scheduling an appointment with Adam/Yasser to move an Armoire and 6 plastic bags from a location to another, they arrived late the day of the appointment with the nastiest attitude, spoke rudely to my friend and I. After pointing out how unprofessional that was, they called me out of my name multiple times and was triggered when I finally retaliated. After receiving my payment (on top of an additional bs fee that they added on top), they kept me waiting the entire day, throughout which they were threatening to damage and still my stuff, to show up at 9PM to only do HALF of the job (that I payed extra for). They left my furnitures and personal belongings outside of the building instead of carrying it inside of my apartment like I payed for, sent me a text with a picture saying "DEAL WITH IT NOW", blocked my number and left. All to say that I have never seen such disgusting service, not to mention how they stole my money. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COST if you don't want to get robbed or disrespected.

I have called TIRE ON SITE 2 times so far. First time it was for my mini-van for a quick battery boost, and one of the team members came on time and in 5 seconds boosted my battery. Second time for my Chevy for a battery replacement and only within 10 mins managed to replace my battery. They have very reasonable price and I recommend them!
