        There are fewer baby equipment stores in Ottawa and next to Toys R us, this one has one of the largest selections of strollers and car seats, along with everything else we needed for baby and toddler. onesies, tub, bassinet, toilet seat trainer, winter hat.

        Do NOT register for your baby shower here! Items were purchased for our baby shower...fast forward a few months we are opening "new" products to find them broken. When I contacted buy buy baby for this issue I was informed that I should contact the manufacturer due to it being past buy buy babys return window. We had hundreds of dollars spent at buy buy baby for our registry...probably closer to thousands of you count the items we purchased from this store. It is disappointing to be given such a response to THEIR faulty items. Do better buy buy baby. Will NOT shop here again.

        Customer service is usually good, but what is beyond frustrating is the OUT OF STOCK message on LITERALLY every brand of diaper pail - the excuse I get - it's supply! Really? The US website as well as Amazon.ca has them in stock. The supply answer that I get from sales staff in various retail areas is now becoming comical.
