CREDIT DESTROYED. Yes I paid those guys $3866 and they managed to destroy my credit. On February 29th, 2020, I purchased a Rainbow System from 360 Healthy Homes for $3866. The representative for this company indicated that payment or payments should be made through Lendcare and the terms at that time seemed fairly simple until I came to realize, 10 months later, that making my payment would be the only thing simple about that purchase. The situation is becoming a nightmare for my wife and I. If full payment was not made during the deferral period of 3 months (February 29th to May 29th), installment payments of $214 a month were expected. My payment was finalized with Lendcare the week of May 25 and the full amount of $3866 was withdrawn from my checking account on May 28th, fairly simple when it was for them to take my money. Luckily, I have my credit monitored by TransUnion. My nightmare started when I received an email from the credit bureau that informed me of a change posted to my credit report. I was surprised and choked to discover that my Lendcare account, which was supposed to be closed after my full payment on May 28th, was posted as delinquent. And even though I called over and over to inform them of the situation, they posted 3 times that my account was 30, 60, and 90 days late. How fair is that. They are still denying any responsibility so I am here fighting to fix my credit. Now I have a bad credit score that prevents me for applying for any loan. 7 years, yes 7 years, this is how long it may take for me to have back a decent credit again. How fair is that.
