Bnbfixy

Bnbfixy has been a great help. I mostly manage my own AirBnb, but it happens sometimes that I am too busy with work to take care of a room turnover or to greet a guest. When that happens, Bnbfixy has gotten me out of a tight corner several times, and often on short notice! It's nice knowing the friendly staff will take good care of my guests, and that my reviews will be positive even when I can't be there myself. I am a very happy customer, and I would definitely recommend these guys to any Airbnb host, whether for occasional use or for full-time management.

I had to let go the current cleaners to try this company! Things went well at first but then i see the downhill in services, seems like the newbie students got hired, and the last service we got they didn't even do half of the job: garbages are still there, floor wasn't cleaned, half the beds aren't changed, tables weren't wiped, many furnitures aren't dusted, toilets were not scrubbed, washrooms are uncleaned, very disappointed and eventhough we got full refunded, it could have been worst if there's guest check in that day and it could affect the business big time.. the jobs were great at first few days, because the owner did it himself, the rest was not good experiences.. we just hope there's someone who comes to double check things at the end or sending pictures of the finished works to monitor things better, and it could prevent many things from happening.. but too bad i don't recommend the service this way!
