Generally speaking it's a good Starbucks. Very conveniently located. However, the line ups are usually extremely long as slow!

They were out of half the special drinks so just ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frap. They didn't blend it enough the first time so I couldn't even drink through the straw, asked for one that's blended more, instead I got one where they didn't put ice in it at all they just loaded it with syrup and it was awful. This was my second time at this location and it'll be my last.

Suzan is one of the best co-workers in Starbucks (55 Laurier). She puts all her energy into her work and makes sure to provide everyone with what we ask for. Shes a positive person and likes to share positive energy to everyone, not only me but also my friends and others. I really wish that you guys can bring more co-workers like her.
