        Laughably bad experience. Ordered food at 5:00 pm on their kiosk, then waited for 20 minutes for the employees to tell me they couldn't make it, or replace it with anything. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to try and give a refund, which ended up in them just giving me cash from the till for the approximate amount; shorted me less than a buck, but it was worth it to get out of that cursed place. The brand in general has been slipping pretty hard for the last couple of years, but this location specifically has to be one of the worst I have ever been to, avoid at all costs.

        I go just for coffee and muffin. A busy place. Place is not very well kept. Bathrooms are not clean and smell terrible. Some employees are friendly.

        Worst Tim Hortons ever. Only 1 of 2 washrooms were open and the one that was open was disgusting. And then they got the only one single drink we ordered wrong and then couldn't figure out how to refund the difference.
