        Honestly, Im not the person who loves complaining and making reviews.. however I felt obligated because I get a vibe that these employees are lazy as heck. I go in every morning before work to get a COLD BREW and sometimes mid day. I HAVE NEVER WENT THERE AND ASKED FOR A COLD BREW WHERE I WASNT TOLD SORRY WERE OUT OF THAT FOR NOW.. either remove it from your menus or stop wasting peoples time being stuck in line for 15 mins just to drive out and go to the next Tim Hortons. Its preposterous and a bad example for a business.

        Went through the drive through this morning. Wasn't even greeted, wasn't even told. Thank you. Here you go, here's your food. Get the hell out and pay for your stuff. And this is coming from the manager in the window. And this is coming from a manager very poor service
