The Audio Recording Academy (TARA)

I had such an amazing time working with the TARA crew during my time in the program. The staff are all experienced and Shannon, the owner, is the best! Can't begin to describe how much this program helped my music produciton skills. Was able to secure a job in the audio field shortly after graduating as well. Don't have a single bad thing to say about this place, you're missing out if you don't attend!

I am so happy I enrolled at this school to take my music to the next level. I had an amazing experience learning and going knowledge about recording. the staff there made it exciting for every class. I would definitely recommend T.A.R.A to others. I gained so much knowledge while in school, then during the course I built my own studio, and a teacher guided me to the gear (console, miss etc) to buy. Thank you Shannon for having a great school like this for me to be able to attend!! Much Love & Respect :) D

TARA is a wonderful place to get into the Music and Audio business. By GOD's Grace, it combines a theoretical foundation with practical lab work, and gets straight to the point with knowledge you can use. I attended because I wanted to learn how to produce songs, I wanted to finish an EP I had, get a diploma, have studio time to work on my projects, and learn how to produce myself and others by GOD's will. The staff is phenomenal. Shannon is warm and inviting, extremely supportive and always willing to cater to our needs and support us students. My instructors were knowledgeable and understanding. The TA's were also wonderful in helping me complete the labs. By GOD's Grace, TARA has been one of the most valuable and useful experiences for my career as an artist. It was truly instrumental in helping me get a studio of my own, and understand what is going on. Praise GOD, I am so thankful for the experience, and would do it again. thank you :)

Excellent, detailed, and practical in-person education. Learn from first hand experiences you just can't replicate via youtube.

Amazing school and amazing staff all in all. Looked forward to going to every class because I felt like I was getting my moneys worth and the overall vibe there was perfect for me. The school was very flexible with my schedule and worked around my hectic lifestyle which made my schooling 10 times easier and enjoyable. Do not regret attending TARA one bit!
