        Overall great service. Large selection of laptops to choose from by and far the best in ottawa from that standpoint. Only thing is it can take them up to 3-5 business days to get your laptop prepared.

        Absolutely recommend this place. Very friendly and helpful staff and tons of selection. I bought a used laptop that is way more powerful and faster than any of the new computers I use at work, and it was less than half the price.

        Was sold broken refurbished laptop and was unable to get a refund. It was a very expensive mistake buying from this store and I do not recommend purchasing from them
