My external harddrive was in bad shape with physical and electrical damage following travel and years of use. It contained invaluable pictures of my family, friends, and travels from the past 10 years. Karl & the data recovery Ottawa inc. team offered excellent customer service and an extremely competitive price. They were flexible, making themselves available on weekends, and were in regular communication with me on the project. Finally, I was able to get 100% of my data back, including my priceless pictures. I highly recommend them!
