        My computer screen was shattered and Ray came to the rescue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in getting my computer working again within a couple of days. His price was very fair and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

        Big shout out to the exceptional team at Tech-Extra Computer Services. Ray and Lily just saved me enormous stress today. I am visiting Ottawa for my first time, and my laptop magically stopped working today. Of course, I went online looking for potential repairers, and I got the exceptional luck of talking to Ray. Long story short, my laptop was brought back to life in record time. Ray and Lily, I can't say 'thank you' enough. Keep up the excellent services.

        Went in to get my laptop fixed. Ray and Lily were great they immediately recognized the issue being the hard drive. They tried to salvage my files but unfortunately hard drive was fried. But they replaced my hd drive with a new sd drive all within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. I highly recommend their services
