        I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great service! My laptop was unusable so I contacted PC Innovation. It turns out the problem was different from what I thought and much more complicated but he was not fazed, found the root cause, came up with a solution and implemented it while keeping me informed and reassured the whole time. Now the laptop works better than when I first bought it 5 years ago! I'll be going back soon to tune up my desktop since this has gone so well. Thanks!
