        This was by far my favourite stay in Ottawa! I travel for business often and I must mention that Ingrid went above and beyond to accommodate my check in and make me feel so welcome!I stayed on the 16th floor and the view and condo were beautiful. Only thing missing was a balcony but understand they cannot accommodate every request. Thank you Ingrid for the amazing customer experience:)
