I am beyond pleased with the design & customer service I received from Orange Design Build. Everything from start to finish was pleasant: picking my finishings, cabinets, appliances was effortless and with many options to choose from. Very professional team! The final product is stunning and I love my new home. It is also worth noting that the building energy-efficiency is very good making my utility costs lower. Definitely will be keeping an eye on whats coming next from Orange. Thank you!

I am absolutely thrilled with the condo I purchased from Orange Design Build. Where do I begin...the design is beautiful and extremely unique- the loft style condo is open concept, with 10 ft ceilings and has TONS of windows and natural light. Secondly- the customizability of the unit to match my desires was a major plus. Finally- dealing with the builder was smooth, easy, and felt like they really cared about me and my needs. 10/10 would recommend. If you're looking for a unique home, with modern design, quality work, and friendly service- look no further!

It has now been over a year since my condo by Orange Design Build was completed, and it still looks like the day I moved in; simply stunning! The final product has exceeded my expectations. Most builders these days skimp on details and sacrifice square footage to reduce costs and maximize profits. Not here! Ten foot ceilings, 8 foot tall windows in every room, a kitchen with more storage space than I can figure out what to do with; this is a far cry from the shoeboxes Ive rented over the previous decade. My unit feels closer to a boutique hotel than it does to any condo Ive lived in before. Picking the interior finishes was a painless, and rather fun, process that allowed me to tailor my condo exactly to my likings. As this was my first home purchase I cant compare it to previous personal experiences, but I do know that I was given far more customization options than my mom had when her townhouse was being built. I went with a farmhouse style in the kitchen, and a chalet feel in the bathrooms, and the final result is sleek and clean, but not void of character. The look and feel is charming and cozy while still being modern enough to resist going out of style. I have been impressed with the quality of this building. Over the years I have lived in four condos in downtown Toronto, two old and two brand new, and I can tell you that these days they start falling apart the moment their doors are opened. After a year in my Orange Design unit I am relieved to say that I have nothing to complain about. Finally, I would like to give a big thanks from the bottom of my heart to the builder for simply bringing this project to completion. I bought my unit pre-construction about a year before COVID was first mentioned in the news, and by the time it broke ground supply chains all around the world were starting to waver, with some grinding to a halt. A lot of builders in this time period put off construction, or even flat-out defaulted, but Orange Design Build persevered through tough times to make sure I had home when I needed it, with only a few months delay. I applaud your standup service. All in all, buying this condo was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. I love my home, and wouldnt change it one bit!

Great condo designs. Love the boutique condo projects. Id highly recommend them if your looking to purchase a unique space in the Ottawa area!
