- This is a big business with the attitude of lets get this done ASAP and go on to the next job. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority. - I had my shingle roof replaced on my house as well as the eavestroughing late last fall 2018. Late fall is not the best time to get this work done. - This work was expensive. ALWAYS get many quotes and be careful of questionable sales techniques. - Their communication was not great. The workers did not know what I had asked for upon signing the contract. I had to tell them as the work progressed. They had to change the location of a downspout that I had specifically asked for. - I also had to remind them that I had asked for a leaf guard to be installed on the eavestroughing. They were ready to leave without doing that work. I had asked to paint some wood planks before they were installed on my front veranda; they installed it anyway, with no explanation. The workmanship was fair as I will have to re-do some of this work. For example, the wood frames around the posts, changing the cladding on one of the front posts so they match. - There was a day they decided not to work as there was snow in the forecast. It they had started early, they would have put in a 6 hour day. Every day counts when you know snow could come any day and would put an end to your installation season. - They borrowed my equipment without asking permisson. Clean-up was fair. They replaced two posts in the front that support an overhang. One of the posts had my address numbers on it. They threw these away without telling me or giving me the chance to remove them. I think there should also have been a final inspection by a supervisor, when the work was finished, not just the occasional visit without inspecting the work close-up.

Great service quality work I recently used Addison construction to complete my roof and chimney they a great job and the work was done in such a professional manner. We have them coming back to do all of the interior painting and renovate our ensuite bathroom. So happy to have found you people. Andreas Ottawa

Superior Renovation company We recently had a chance to use addison construction turned out to be a great experience. They were on time on the ball, dealing with the various aspects of our multiple jobs. Roof, Foundation and cement repairs and painting. We could not be happier.
