I was in charge of organizing a Graduation Showcase for the Algonquin College Graphic Design program in 2023. It was the first in-person event post-pandemic and an incredible success, thanks to Bayview Yards. Throughout the evening, around 300 guests circulated the space, with the 32 tables seamlessly fitting in and providing ample seating. The team at Bayview Yards, particularly event coordinators Lisa and Emily, were consistently responsive and accommodating, readily addressing any questions or concerns that arose throughout the months leading up to the event. We held our event during Ramadan, and the team even provided our guests with a room to pray and break their fast in private. The AV team was crucial in ensuring that the event proceeded smoothly and dealt with technical difficulties we had on the spot, quickly coming up with alternative solutions. Additionally, we had the pleasure of working with FoodWorks Ottawa, which has a caf located in Bayview Yards, as our caterer. The food was not only delicious, but also beautifully arranged and presented. To top it all off, the fact that all proceeds supported Operation Come Home added an extra layer of meaning to our event. In summary, Bayview Yards is a stunning architectural space with an incredible team at its helm and a meaningful impact on our community. A special thanks to Lisa and Emily at Bayview Yards, as well as Sonya Shorey from Invest Ottawa, for making our event possible and giving the 2023 Graduates such a memorable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of using this space to arrange a business meeting and it was fantastic! The location was convenient and the atmosphere was perfect for a productive meeting. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure that we had everything we needed to make the meeting a success. The amenities were top-notch and the technology was up-to-date and easy to use. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the space. Overall, I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to arrange a meeting or start a new project. It is a great place to work, collaborate, and be inspired. Five stars!
