Shoppers Drug Mart

This is of the worst pharmacies Ive ever been too. I take medications that I cannot go without and working 12h overnights means I have limited windows to pick up my medications. I have issues using the app (it cannot verify my identity) so I used the automated phone version and then waited an hour. When I got to the pharmacy to fill my script they told me it havent even been verified or filled and it would take around another 30 mins (from previous dealings I know this means over an hour). The girl at the counter (while I dont blame her) was very blunt and said there was nothing else she could do. Its been taking longer and longer to get my meds which while sometimes I can wait its ridiculous. I feel worried about senior and at risk populations using this locations pharmacy. Everything else store wise has always been fine but this specific pharmacy is by far the worst Ive ever dealt with.

I shop from that location I receive excellent customer service from noori on the fragrance and cosmetic area she really make my day and I really appreciate her customer service with a beautiful smile

It's Easter Sunday, I called to ask if the post office was open because google couldn't tell me. An employee confidently told me yes, they are open 12-4pm. So I drove over, and the sign on the counter clearly says closed April 9th. With 12-4pm not mentioned anywhere. Thanks for straight up lying to me unnamed shoppers drugmart employee.

This store engages in unethical upselling of services to unsuspecting customers taking advantage of their lack of knowledge. My son, a student, was upsold digital passport photos which were unusable and then charged again for printed passport photos to a total of $67.78 for a service that should cost 20$. The supervisor was rude and misleading not only making no effort in actually addressing the problem but actively making it worse. Misrepresenting services, upselling unnecessary services, taking no responsibility in supporting the services provided in any way under the excuse that Shoppers Drug Mart does not provide free services and "I don't work for Passport Canada". I was not looking for a free service but for a service provided by qualified, knowledgeable and respectful customer representatives. If you are looking for that, look at a different store. Definitely do that if you are looking for passport photos.

John in pharmacy is excellent.whatever you are paying him double it. Yvonne on cash is absolutely wonderful and always brightens my day whenever I see her. Lovely customer service and needs a raise as well. I've heard the way customers talk to people at this location and it is unacceptable. Yvonne is always friendly and polite to me so anyone complaining about her must be really rude. There are two younger merchandisers who are awesome as well. I really hate how some push for self check-out so I am especially grateful for Yvonne help. I don't want to check out on my own. Owners need to stop pushing that on customers.
