My husband and I have been going to couples counselling sessions with Rory for 2+ years now. Rory's gentle demeanour fosters a calm, safe space where we feel comfortable sharing our conflicts or concerns. Regardless of the circumstance, he responds with compassion, understanding and strategies to help us overcome our challenges. Rory's supportive nature and expertise have helped us navigate so many personal and marital hurdles! We have made incredible strides in our relationship and many other parts of our life, both personal and professional. Rory has helped us define the life we want and create a tangible, realistic roadmap to get us there. We would have never reached this level of harmony together without his expertise and support.

I've been a client of Rory's for about a year and a half. I reached out to him as a potential client in the midst of terrible depression caused by many things, but exasperating it all was the pandemic. My first few appointments were essentially me crying and Rory listening, I started off feeling exhausted afterwards. Rory was compassionate, understanding, and offered insights and suggestions to help me start moving forward. I quickly trusted Rory and accepted his guidance and help. My life has turned upside down and changed dramatically for the better in the last year. I know myself infinitely better, my depression and anxiety are under much better control and I'm making steps to have a life that is in line with what I want and that is in sync with my values. I always feel excited for my appointments, and energized afterwards. Rory...I will never be able to properly express how grateful I am to what you offer the clients in your care. Thank you so much.

Rory is easy to talk to, He has taken many course to help add tools to the mental health tool box and many different techniques to help with healing
