        After having issues with online banking, we went to the branch to get Direct Banking Deposit form printed and to reset our password. We made it there about 10 minutes before 5:00, which is the closing time. And after the teller had some issues getting that done, we were told to leave out of and told to make an appointment to print a Direct Banking deposit because it was few minutes past 5. That was exceptionally bad service. I would like to move my account as soon as possible from this branch.

        Tried to open an account as a new permanent resident in CA. Told me any check I try to deposit would have a hold of up to 6 to 12 MONTHS. I always prefer to use credit unions in the states, so I'm very disappointed.
