I had a salt-water-saturated SD card with months of important wildlife research data that I had little hope of getting back, but HDD Recovery was able to get all 8,000+ images back for me on an SD card that had been sitting inside a camera filled with salt water for 3 months! Would absolutely send recovery projects to them again.

Erkin is pro at what he does. He communicated well during the whole process and recovered my damaged (burnt) Lexar SD card and brought pictures back. The turn around was super fast. I compared prices with other providers and this was the most reasonable (and now I can say) most reliable provider. I definitely recommend him.

They fixed my usb flash drive 100% !! 5/5 stars. The only thing i can recommend is for you to have the files transferred on a new drive but ask for email download. because the sandisk usb when opening video files is very slow, and sometimes crashes. So if you download the files by email to a external hardrive it will work and open files just fine. This sandisk usb is not good i would give a 0/10 for the usb i recommend getting an external 1tb drive. I dont trust cloud drives cause transfer times take longer. Also another note this sandisk files i wanted recovered took a week to complete not within 1 business day, i think it was because the shipping from america to canada store takes a week. And the man who fixed it did not immediately start on it when it arrived but got the job done nonetheless. I got most of my files back but some were lost and duplicated when transferring files before i sent the usb in. Best thing to make two copies incase your drive ever gets lost or stolen. A tip: You should buy One external drive and keep some files on the cloud storage.
