Phenix Imaging

I was in for a mammogram today (well, yesterday, it's late) and was very pleased. Even though they were busy and a couple of people had to wait on chairs in the hall things went fast and smoothly. I hope I have the names right, Julie was the intake nurse and was very friendly and efficient and Elaine who did my exam was pleasant and patient.

It was easy to book an appointment. They called to remind me the day before and the staff who helped me when I arrived were very professional.

Went to scheduled appointment (arrived early) and was told it was cancelled as the machine was broken. No one called or texted to let me know. The receptionist looked completely stressed out, yet she was still pleasant. This place does not appear to be well managed and I would not recommend, nor am I planning to return.

Beyond reproach! Don't let some bad reviews dissuade you. More than diligent and professional technician, Vafa, could not have been better! People should be more understanding when things don't go so well. Be grateful we have these Services!

It's fine. It's not great or awful. Masks are required because it's a medical care place and it's difficult to physically distance, which shouldn't be a surprise or a problem for anyone. As for the front desk, everyone was friendly and were clear with the instructions, including the wait times (which are incredibly long). They said if you have an appointment and are late you need to inform them you've arrived so they'll try to call you in again. Similarly if you want to grab a coffee while you wait for a walk-in x-ray, you should tell them when you get back so they know you're there. As for the 3-star rating, it's just the wait times. They're insanely long. I arrived for an x-ray at 8:30 am (they open at 8) and I had to wait 70 mins for my x-ray. This was after I'd tried last week to make it before noon but they weren't scheduling x-rays that day anymore. If you want an x-ray in a timely manner, you need to show up before they open at 8am. The x-ray itself took literal seconds and the tech(s) were lovely.
