Alsaffar H Dr

Dr. Omar Alsaffar has been an incredible primary care physician for myself and family. He's always been available when needed and readily available for follow-up appointments and will do phone appointments when necessary/more convenient. He is easy to talk to, patient and genuinely kind during appointments. I was such a nervous first-time parent, especially during COVID, and Dr. Alsaffar showed myself and my daughter such great care and checked in on my mental health along with my physical health. Could not recommend him more!

Omar is a great doctor and has helped my family so much. But I do not recommended this clinic due to the receptionists. They have no clue what they are doing. They either forget you canceled an appointment, forget you have a phone appointment, and take AGES to get ahold of. My mom and I have sent in 2 requests each for appointments and never hears from them. They forgot to cancel one of my appointments (luckily no fine), and claimed they never made an appointment with my mother even though they confirmed it with her (again luckily no fine). Never go to this doctor

Never go to this doctor, he does not listen to you and just wants to kick you out so that he can see the next victim. He may be a new graduate and is eager to pay off his loan which is understanable, but he should not just focus on this. He should not forget a doctor's responsibility and morale. I have to give him the lowest rating.
