Be prepared to wait. I got my queue ticket and proceeded to wait over 2h30m to be seen by someone. Some of the staff seem to not care about their job, doing the bare minimum. the place isn't the nicest, although they do have a bathroom which is nice.

My driving extract I presented was above 6 months old so was asked to get a new one by the white lady officer. Unfortunately on my second visit the officer was different and it was a South Asian looking older guy who said cannot accept my Indian driving license as it doesn't meet ministry guidelines. I asked to meet the supervisor, who was a young guy, who simply repeated my license doesn't meet their criteria. Very poor experience as many people have immigrated to Canada from my region and have been presenting the same type license for ages. Unfortunate that this type of bureaucracy and centres make it difficult for newcomers when the initial foreign license only waives off the waiting period allowing you to directly attempt G test which you still would have to clear to drive on the roads. Seems like a attempt to extort more fees or just ignorance. Mine was non chip license, but another chip license holder was also seen turned away. Hope this place gets investigated.

I got a driver's license in China and drove for 10 years.During this time, I was not penalized and did not have my driver's license score. I took the G driver's license test here today and he left me because of discrimination.the moment their demeanor and their gaze seem mocking, they are all in front of my eyes.When he was leaving the car, I said thank you for fail me, he turned to me and said, deposit money, take the exam again, go to another branch if you want. but god has seen everything in the other world, my hands will be on his lapel .because it is not easy for me to invest that money and time.
