This pharmacy has unfortunately had a pretty big change of staff and has gone downhill. Paul the old pharmacist is no longer there and the new pharmacists there do not possess good customer service skills or seem to care about the patients and only about making money. Previous review August 2022 - Paul and Anabelle are the best and have always given me and my family the best care

The people that let Paul Lee go are the worst! Zero service, no knowledge of specialty meds, arrogant, they obviously don't need the business. Poor decision.

This pharmacy was recommended by my doctor for a particular drug I needed quickly, but isnt commonly used and therefore often 1 week plus wait at most pharmacies. My doctor stated this pharmacy carried in stock at all times and recommended I use them for a same day fill (as from about an hr away). So off I went. Well turns out there was a mini rush on the med and they were out. The pharmacist was quick to offer a solution due to the rarity of the drug, distance of travel and paid parking. He would Purolator it to me overnight when he got his order next day. Well he did one better. The next day he had it had delivered to my home by one of his own staff. Made sure I understood everything. Went above and beyond for a 1 time client, taking a med no one wants to take. Highly appreciated and highly recommended! Thank you!!
