Top notch service! They were quick to respond, and were able to service my 65' Samsung TV within a day of me reaching out to them. Best of all they were able to service the TV at my home and accomodate my odd working hours! The price is also very fair in my opinion given the service they offer. Certainly much better than buying a new TV out right. In the future I will be reaching out to them with all my TV and even monitor repair needs. Thanks

I was charged $500 saying the backlights needed replacing and the TV would be like new. The old backlights were removed and taken away. New backlights were installed on March 9, 2023. They lasted until Mar 27, 2023. The TV is displaying similar issues as March 9, 2023. Now I am unable to call to leave a message to ask for my 90 day warranty to be applied. The phone line says server down then drops without the option of leaving a message. They called me and asked for a picture. They are coming back to review the previous repair.
