Lucie is simply the greatest esthetician ever! So kind and gentle with everything she does. She has the biggest heart and takes in all of your concerns into consideration. Especially for waxing, knowing your skin type and where to be careful. I have visited many estheticians and Lucie is the only one who can do a Brazilian wax without any issues! The 'woohah' whisperer. Lucie is just amazing... She is trying to hold it together while working out of a temporary location while her actual spa is slowly being renovated. I love how efficient, speedy and caring she is when 'under'. Please note there's a reason why she asks if you have shaved....it needs to me 'au natural' for maximum result. My partner thanks her... Every time I go.

Absolutely wonderful experience as always. The only place I'll go in Ottawa for a wax. Extremely professional and quickest wax I've had. Lucie is so wonderful and extremely accommodating. She recently had to move due to flooding and has been able to stay open through it all! (thank goodness) She's being doing this for so many years and knows exactly how to treat her clients well!
