        We spent a $100 on a beautiful elegant arrangement and it looks like something they picked up at the gas station and delivered it to our friend ! Extremely disappointed ! Avoid this business to spare you disappointment!

        Definitely NOT recommended. Like others rated, customer service is very poor. Had an arrangement delivered as a gift with no notification or identification of shop, arrangement left on doorstep overnight in a snow storm, many of flowers were frozen as might be expected, and one week later, still no satisfactory resolution. I am embarrassed that donors spent good money on this.

        There is no Flower Shop anymore. I was walking around and couldnt find one so I went to the address in the photo and they switched to a different store!
