Buyer beware. Don't let the advertised promise of "Lowest Price in North America" fool you. Dave is a used equipment salesman through and through. He gave me pricing on two units and followed up later that day to tell me the market is too hot. He had to have more money or there is no deal. When I let him know I'd found brand new units for just slightly more than he wanted for the used ones he says "That's good news go and buy them!"
If this helps just one other person avoid wasting their time with Dave's I'll feel better about my time being wasted today.
