After 5 months of excuses after excuses and promising to finish job in two days or in the next few days and many times repeating the same excuses from previous calls NEVER FINISHED the upholstery my two cushions. I had to ask for my deposit back and the unfined cushion where only good for the recycling bin. Definitely not a place that I would ever recommend.

I had two items for repair, a door refitting and replacement wood paneling for a small section of floor. The door refitting happened quickly but quality was just ok (need to repaint as it came back all marked up). The flooring has never been completed and the work has been outstanding for a year now. I gave some leniency due to Covid, but I think he just used as an excuse. I have followed up regularly and continually told it be done next week and that he will call me. He has never called me back. I have asked for my deposit back ($175) for the last couple of months and nothing. I went to Jack as he is close by and looked he was in business for a long time but I regret not doing at least a quick online check as I would have seen the other negative reviews, which are unfortunately accurate.
