        Very friendly and helpful staff at both the Trainyards AND the Nepean stores. I was not rushed at either store. Great prices, wonderful selections and colours. Beautiful, sleek designs!

        The service is amazing at train yard and any Issues with furniture it's not a problem they work everything out and change anything that is wrong best place for furniture plus most of furniture have a 1 year warranty

        The chairs they sold us broke in less than a year. The manager is refusing to honor their warranty policy for manufacturing defect. I will never buy from this location again and am raising this issue with structube corporate headquarters. UPDATE: Structube corporate headquarters intervened and provided a full refund via gift cards in the amount of the chairs.
