Dear owner of the shop, I visited your establishment earlier today to explore the available options. However, I was disappointed to be informed by a staff member that I could not take pictures after I had already taken one. This left me feeling uncomfortable, and I proceeded to erase the photo in front of her. My intention was simply to capture images of the products that interested me, in order to discuss them with my partner at a later time. As a customer, I believe I have the right to take pictures of goods I am interested in purchasing. Therefore, this policy of not allowing photography appears questionable to me and raises concerns about the integrity of your business. Without the ability to share pictures with my partner, it becomes difficult to make informed decisions about what to buy. Additionally, I noted that your shop does not have a website and that the images on your Facebook marketplace posts are unclear. This further compounds my concerns about the trustworthiness of your business. As a result, I have decided not to purchase from your shop and will be looking elsewhere for a more reliable option.
